Senior Care Assistant

Book an experienced Senior Carer to lead shifts, supervise healthcare assistants, and oversee daily care administration in your facility.

• Key Responsibilities: Monitor vital signs, assist with wound care, collect samples, provide personal care, and support patient mobility.

• Additional Duties: Mentor junior HCAs, maintain patient records, ensure hygiene standards, and assist in emergency situations.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, previous HCA experience, and often requires additional training in phlebotomy or medication administration.
